Delivery Information

Many of our products are delivered to your door by courrier. If no-one is in when the courrier calls a card will be left asking you to contact them at their local depot. You can then arrange for another delivery date with the courrier direct. If no contact is made within 7 days, parcels will be returned and an additional charge will be raised for the items to be re-sent. This service normally takes 2-5 days.

Larger items and more fragile goods are delivered by a specialised delivery company who will ring you to arrange a convenient delivery time. This service can take upto 3 weeks.

Returns Policy

• In the case of damaged or faulty goods, a full refund will be issued or a replacement provided for the faulty item(s). All claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. No claims can be considered after 5 days.
• Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. We are unable to accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of any goods unless they are returned to us in a resaleable condition.
• Please note that we are unable to accept cancellation of, or returns for, custom-made items, except where the goods are faulty or damaged when they are delivered to you.
• To cancel a contract, please pack the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service
• Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or faulty. Please also note that in such cases delivery charges are non-refundable, and that a fee will be payable equal to 20% of your order subtotal (before discounts, delivery charges and VAT). This will enable us to cover the cost of restocking the returned item(s).
• As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
